Where does the data come from?

Analyst calls with the desks themselves, rate sheets and quote sheets, press-verified closings, and member-reported changes — each field carries its source and capture date. Nothing is scraped in bulk or generated by a model.

How current is it?

Every record shows its last verification date and next scheduled check. Tier 1 firms are re-confirmed monthly to quarterly; anything a member flags gets re-verified within 24 hours.

Is there AI in the product?

No front-end AI. You get dropdowns, tables, and verified records. We'd rather show you five hard facts than a paragraph of generated prose.

What if a contact is wrong?

Report it from the record. It routes to the verification queue with a 24-hour SLA, and the fix ships to every member. Contacts that bounce twice are pulled automatically.

Can I export?

Team plans include CSV export. Desk plans are view-only — the price stays low because the data stays in the product.
